Ever been curious what is above the library?

Let my camera do the walking so you can view the pictures.

Bennet and Gary are often seen lurking around on Saturday workdays!

"Soo how's your coffee!"

These are the kind of young people that we can put to work on Saturday

We are working on that pizza lunch!!!

Vic has a handle on lighting and he is willing to train

If a volunteer would like to commit to one year of changing light bulbs this man can give you the knowledge you need. Your future will be bright--Vic wears shades!

Finding Waldo

This man is camera shy but also very talented.

My Hero

This man has forgotten more about building maintenance than I have ever known!

Karaoke King

Multi-talented Ray knows a lot about building maintenance and he can sing too. Ask him about lights and ballasts.

Mr. Lawn care will be looking for volunteers to mow lawn this summer

Bob is the go to man for lawn mowing. Paul and Jim helped last summer.

I wonder if these have been changed?

I need to be briefed on the filter situation. Tim? Kevin? Let's talk.

Partitions are crying out for attention.

These broken partitions are ready to be rejuvenated by the body of Christ. Let's roll up our sleeves and do this! Saturday Jan. 9th and Feb. 13th 9am--3pm. We can do this together!
We can replace the broken panels on Saturday workday.

The fireplace is letting in the cold.

I looked at the chimney tile and wonder if it wouldn't be a bad idea to put insulation in it and cap it. What do you think? Kevin, can you give me a nod?
There are two vents like this and they both are letting in cold air.

Fireplace damper

From the looks of it the damper is closed--just doesn't close tightly.

ACE hardware might sell this

East entrance by sound room. Buy a white plate. Anyone like an easy job?

Partition hinges are ripped apart

The aluminum hinges need to be cut off about 4 in. Then cut 4 in pieces off the steel hinge you see pictured and place them at the top and bottom of our partitions. They won't rip apart so easily if the partition falls over.

How to fix a broken partition

Ripped partition

Using a shim break the fiber board loose from the cardboard.
Drill out spot weld and remove u-channel.
Place duct tape over cardboard.
Open up u-channel so it will fit over duct tape.
Bend u-channel tight to cardboard.
